As my good, and younger, friend was kind enough to point out, yesterday was my 39th birthday. Herself made a delicious cheesecake, and some friends and family were kind enough to stop by and partake.
My sister and brother-in-law gave me a All Clad Saute Pan, which I used this evening to make gratin. Which reminds me I added about a half dozen recipe annotations for anyone interested in such things.
Happy belated 39th! You’re almost ready to join us here in the land of the 40s! In the end, it is just another number! Hope you had wonderful birthday and I wish you all the best for the year ahead.
