Como esta, Bitches! I’m going to roast a chicken in the near future, and while I have several recipes to choose from (if I don’t just decide to Walk With The Queen), I am open to any hints, tips or general advice you may care to offer. Because I’ve never cooked chicken before. Shocking, isn’t it?
