Of particular interest is the library portion of the site, where you can find digitized versions of vintage cocktail books in a pdf format. Research your way to reviving long forgotten drinks, such as the American Glory (on p. 267), a champagne-based cocktail described as an “excellent drink before going to bed, after having been out late to a party.”
I would be most happy to drink an American Glory before going to bed, and then to drink the strikingly similar Mimosa upon waking up.

The menus are also interesting. One of them from France 1989 I think it was looks like Gaslights Menu – I wonder if that’s where they got their menu ideas from. Wouldn’t surprise me.
