Hmmm…I must have been tied into this holiday on a subconscious level because I’ve been eating A LOT of sandwiches lately.

I had TWO sandwiches yesterday - a pb&j for lunch and a blt for dinner.

I had a tomatoe sandwich yesterday for lunch - right off the vine. yumm. I celebrated well I believe.

Sadly I have yet to partake of a sandwich. P’raps when I go on vacation this Wednesday.
