If you suspect you are actually ADD (as I suspect I am) I highly recommend “Driven to Distraction” by a Dr. Edward Hallowell who practices there in Boston.
For me, a riveting, cathartic read.
I don’t think I’m really ADD. I just like to drink deeply from the content hose that technology provides.
